Brave New Normal
Website for the graphic design students at Manchester School of Art, created as a virtual degree show, launched alongside an online Q&A session with the graduates to serve as an alternative to the traditional exhibition.
To maintain fairness and avoid giving preferential treatment to any single student, the order of projects was randomised on each page load. This approach ensured that every student’s work had an equal opportunity to be showcased, regardless of when visitors accessed the site.
Other features include a horizontal scroll layout, offering a unique browsing experience, and aligning elements to a dot grid pattern adds visual interest and guides the overall design. The search and filter functionality allows users to easily navigate and explore the content.
